Odgers Berndtson Russia offers executive search and selection services, consults clients on assessment and building management teams, and designs executive remuneration models, motivation and development structures.

The Moscow office, opened in 2001 (before 2009 worked under Pynes & Moerner brandname), currently employs more than thirty professionals with long experience in sourcing executives and other top-flight human capital that successful companies require to sustain growth in revenue and profitability. We have completed over a thousand executive search assignments for clients across a wide range of industries. 

Over the years, we have achieved a significant degree of market penetration, enabling us to undertake complex and sometimes testing assignments with integrity and discretion demanded by market leaders in finance and industry.
